Welcome to the Dementia Carer Support Booking Portal
Caring for someone with dementia can be rewarding — but also physically and emotionally demanding. This portal has been created as part of a pilot project to make it easier for caregivers like you to access flexible, trusted support when you need it most.
💡 What Is This Service?
This booking system allows approved dementia caregivers to schedule free support sessions, funded through this pilot project. You’ll be able to:
- Choose from home-based or day centre support
- Book sessions with regulated or non-regulated providers
- See real-time availability and secure your slot in just a few clicks
- Receive instant confirmation via email
🧾 How It Works
- Log In to your secure caregiver account
- Choose your type of support you require cover for
- Select a day and time that you require cover for
- Book your cover — and you’re all set!
Each caregiver is allocated a set number of support credits every month, which reset on the 1st. Please note: unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
👥 Who Can Use This System?
This service is currently available to participants of a pilot project run by Age UK South Gloucestershire. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, please contact us for more information.
